The front desk clerk, Caitlyn was under pressure when we arrived at the hotel with a line of people waiting to check in, but the system was down. She did an amazing job troubleshooting on the phone and was apologetic for the wait while handling the line with urgency and professionalism! Cheers to Caitlyn!

Wonderful stay

Check in and out was a breeze. The staff was wonderful - helpful and joyful. The bed was really comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower. My husband forgot his fan that helps him sleep - called the front desk and they found a fan for him. Breakfast was not excellent but very good. We were there for a football game at UNC and that was a very convenient location. Definitely would recommend staying here.
