It was great. Check in was fine. Asked about a car to watch football and they immediately accommodated. Also set up a pick up time. Everyone we encountered was so friendly. Would definitely stay there again and set the standard for other hotels with the same name.

Will stay elsewhere next trip

The hotel had water damage on all floors. There were industrial fans running in the halls. There was no escaping the sound of the fans. Had I known, I would have stayed elsewhere. My final room - I had to request a different room from the first one due to the fans right outside the door - had clean sheets and some of the towels were clean. Others had clearly been used and not switched out. The room needed a good cleaning and updating. The saving grace were the kind staff.

The room was nice and the staff were helpful. What resulted in a poor rating was this: We arrived from a trip to Las Vegas late at night and went to bed around 2:40 AM, intending to sleep in until 10:30 AM. A work crew began working on repairs to an adjacent room, banging, hammering, and making other loud noises, thereby awakening us. This was around 9:00 AM. We did get 5,000 reward points; however, management should have made the desk staff aware so that guests, especially those arriving late and needing to sleep in, would not be given rooms anywhere near a work area and/or advised about impending work that would result in sudden loud noise. Granted, most people are awake by that time, but some need to sleep in due to late arrivals (late flights, etc.This needs to be addressed.

The staff looked and acted professional. Breakfast options included a few healthy options which I appreciated. I clean my rooms regardless and this was acceptable. Beds were OK. Noise levels were good. I'd stay there again.
