Great location and friendly staff. Double
Beds in family room to small. Queens would be more comfortable or at least one for parents. No face clothes and when asked staff, did not have any.
Mini bar/fridge to keep drinks cold would improve room.
Saturday night room service. No-one answered or called back when left message at 9.45pm.
Breakfast was good, reception staff friendly and all staff helpful.

Overall the stay was nice! Staff were great, breakfast was good. But the only problem we had was the quality of the bed. We are a young couple and struggled with the mattress, it was very springy and firm. Other than that, it was great!
