This property is fantastic, beautifully appointed, high quality finishings, warm and cosy and lovely views. This was our second time staying here and would absolutely stay again in the future.

When the room was serviced the cleaner did the bare minimum only pulled up beds changed towels and empty rubbish bins

great staff, nice rooms and lovely view. what i did not like was warning signs saying if the rooms are too messy and takes longer time to clean, they will charger 100 dollars. it was not a cheap place to stay at so i dont think that should be there

Thank you for taking the time to review Village Lake Apartments. We are pleased you enjoyed your stay and liked our apartments. The sign is in the apartment as some guests literally walk out leaving cooked, smelly food on plates and still in the pans, and make no attempt to put their rubbish in the bins provided in the apartment. Some foods which people choose to cook smell out the whole apartment and cannot be aired out in time for the next guests. I am sure you would not want to walk in to an apartment which smells. The majority of guests are not like this.
