The room was very clean and had everything it should. l found the front desk staff to be friendly and helpful. I arrived in a snow storm and found that the entrance way inside the front doors was slippery and this remained an issue throughout my stay. The hotel is situated between a highway and a busy road so traffic was audible at all times but I was able to sleep. The bed was very comfortable.

Kereg coffees, sugar, dry creamer, fridge and microwave, were excellent to have at our disposal. Restaurant conveniently on the lobby level with excellent food and friendly service! I arrived late because I was staying close by to where I had an early start for a meeting. Check in was fine. The issue I had was that the second I walked into the room, I was overwhelmed by the stench of years’ old cigarette smoke - I’ve never experienced a stronger repugnant smell. It was too late to change rooms and couldn’t be bothered to go complain, I just had to get to bed. If they don’t want to spend the money to clear out the stench in their hotel rooms, they’re certainly not going to get me as a customer again.

The staff were attentive and accommodating. The hotel is modern, clean, and is located with easy access to highways. The highways are close but the noise is similar to using a 'white noise' machine. We visited in January and we didn't have any issues with parking.
