Very dirty room, we found used forks inside the coffee table. Found hair in the bathtub. The water in the shower had 2 options ; steaming hot or boiling hot. Carpets weren’t clean…very disappointing room. We were supposed to be there for 2 nights. They gave us a 50% refund for this situation for the first night. The problem is this : the hotel being fully booked there was no possibility to change rooms. With the help of hotels.com we decided to checkout earlier and only stay there 1 night. Unfortunately, we just found out that Sandman Hotel is refusing to refund the second night even if we checked out. Never going back, there are better options.

The bed was comfortable but the room needs a serious renovation. The carpeting looked very worn and the air conditioner was noisy. The shower door would not stay closed and I found at least three small bugs in the bathroom.

Our recent visit at the Sandman Hotel was pretty good, just that our first room the air conditioning was letting in a lot of humidity. So on our 2nd night (out of 4 nights) we requested the change room because we felt it in the air and our clothes and in the bed sheets for how humid it was. They also let us inspect the second room before we got to move which I appreciated.

The property was great, but the management was even better. We were there for my daughter‘s wedding and had nowhere to keep her wedding flowers flowers The management arranged for us and stored the flowers for us in a cold area

Nice and clean. Only complaint would be the lethal amount of chlorine used in the pool. Our eyes were burning the whole time just being in the pool area. Even stronger while sotting in the hot tub. Could smell chlorine through the whole hotel. Other than that the stay was beautiful.

2.5 star at best. Rooms have thick carpet. Rooms facing highway are very noisy. The gym is not open but this is not advertised when we booked. We forgot an item in our room and hotel cleaning staff did not logged it, our item has “disappeared.” Staff were smug when we tried, multiple times, to locate our item. Their unethical practice is they do not call clients if items are left behind. We changes hotels.
