It was good, nothing stood out as a "wow". There was coffee in the room, but no free water bottles. The breakfast buffet was good, but nothing spectacular. My room was by the pool, so no fun with the door slamming as people came in and out of pool til 10 pm and the gym is open 24 hrs. Great location by downtown and the lakefront!

I love the location to the water and the waterfront trail. Wonderful to be able to go for a beautiful walk before breakfast! It's also a treat to eat breakfast outdoors over looking the water.

Location and view are awesome. Room/furnishings were showing wear and tear. Bedding had some stains. Used coffee pod in the Keurig. Toilet in the bathroom had either not been cleaned or used after cleaning. Air conditioner very loud.

An excellent value Hotel with positive lakeside location. Great number of eateries in the area. The parking is very poorly managed with no reserved spaces for paying hotel guests. Our2 bed queen room only had one office chair to sit on. Not friendly or comfortable

Just a couple of observations for housekeeping - the tops and lower edges of the lampshades collect dust! Also the top of the tile baseboard in the bathrooms also collects dust very easily!

I loved that it was a short distance from the waterfront lake. But my bathtub looked old. Yes, it was clean. But I usually enjoy a bubble bath, and the bathtub looked old and felt not ok to lay in it. I recommend asking not to book the LL level as it is close to the cleaning storage, laundry, gym, and swimming area. Sleeping in the basement feels like sleeping in the basement, especially if you enjoy the quiet. The lake view and people passing were beautiful to watch. The entrance of the hotel had people seating there often and it felt a little an inconvinient. The hotel is absolutely at the perfect location, close to restaurants. I booked via Expedia, may be calling to book a better floor and room could help.

Took these at the water front lake view. This is the highlight of the view you get when you stay there.
My stay at the hotel, the best moment is the water front. People are walking until late night, even after midnight.
