Stayed here for a second week in a row due to work. Love the location and the lake being right there is amazing. Lots to see in the area and walkable. If you’re looking for an affordable stay in downtown Burlington, I highly recommend this hotel. Clean hotel and friendly staff too.

The property is a convenient location. Close to the highway and right on the water. lots of restaurants close by. buffet breakfast The refrigerator didnt work. The cabinet door was broken and apparently the maintenance person was on vacation.

The lake view from the room was really nice but the bathroom specially the bathtub was full of hair! I would not stay in this hotel, unless they clean properly the bathrooms!
