Water pump in the washroom leaked, water went everywhere… and grandma almost slipped!!!!We reported to the receptionist, they said they would ask the manger to contact to handle the problem. And it was crazy, no one called! I had to call Expedia to request refund. The room was dirty, AC was super loud and we couldn’t even sleep. Terrible! We will never come back and please don’t try

I booked a superior room with a park view well in advance. I got a room in the basement with no view. I have asthma and the room was damp being underground. The bathroom did not drain when you had a shower. Very disappointing.
