Great hotel but better parking needed.

Our stay was great overall. Upon arrival we were told there was no parking available and had to use public parking down the street, which on such a busy street it is hard to get into hotel and out. The beds were comfty and the room had everything we needed. Our room had a great view.

Hotel was in a great location, right on the lake. Nice patio to sit out on, have a drink (restaurant attached to hotel). What I didn’t appreciate was have to pay $20.00 to park! I don’t recall when I booked the hotel being informed parking was not included. Also, the parking lot was a municipal lot shared with people going to the beach, shopping and going to restaurants near by, we were very lucky to get a spot. Hotel staff just shrugged their shoulders and offered no options if the lot was full (staff on duty Aug 9th). This morning (staff on duty Aug 10th) did recommend alternate parking options.

Excellent view of the water. Peaceful. Staff was very friendly! Wish there were some drawers though, especially for those staying for more than a day. Could use the extra storage for clothes and devices.

Hotel is decent and staff is friendly. Location is really good, carpets in room can be cleaner but beds are comfy. Getting clean water in the hotel was a challenge as no fountains are around and only tap water is in the washrooms.

We picked this location for the waterfront location and closeness to the downtown Burlington. It was good for one night stay. We would not recommend the breakfast but there are lots of options around the hotel to enjoy your meal.
