The location right next to Lake Ontario is excellent and is probably the best thing about this hotel. Also very close to shops and restaurants around downtown Burlington. The rooms look like they're in need of an upgrade (stained carpets, a chair with peeling upholstery, cracked toilet bowl). The walls were not particularly sound-proof and unfortunately, we were woken up in the middle of the night by noise coming from the room next to us. The receptionists that we came in contact with were not particularly warm, but everyone was respectful. We checked out a day early.

The hotel room was not amazing but acceptable. The room was a bit run-down, the mini fridge was broken and clearly needed to be defrosted, the curtains were dirty and the water pressure in the shower was very poor. On Google maps and their main website, they advertise for breakfast and the pictures include a hot tub at the pool, but only about half the breakfast items are available at a time and the hot tub was filled in and no longer an amenity. Also, for the price of the hotel, it is surprising that you need to pay for water.

Looked forward to out 2 night stay. Carpets stained in the room. Beds comfortable. Front desk staff cordial. Loud party in room next door so asked to be moved. Put us in basement lower level. Room obviously had not been used for awhile. Very dusty. Centipede in bathroom. Breakfast below average so did not eat there. Very disappointed and will not return.
