I had a great experience at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had some packages delivered to the hotel in the morning, and they kept them safe in their back room until we arrived later in the evening. The hotel is less than a 3-minute walk to TD Coliseum. Perfect place to stay if you are going to a concert in the area. The hotel also has free underground parking for those staying at the hotel!

When we arrived, guest services were friendly at check-in. We opened our door to strong smoke smell. I called the front desk to let them know that we’re not smokers and asked if I had mistakenly booked a smoking room. They said our floor was nonsmoking and would look into the issue. Other than that, the room was comfortable, large and mostly clean.
