The staff is attentive and the onsen is very relaxing. The hotel sometimes feels like a maze. Even though it said on its website that they had a SPA continuously, it was closed for the day we went (tuesday); double check that. The buffet breakfast is definitely worth taking. The walks around the hotel and next to the lake will show you beautiful sights. Walking distance to the waterside shrine and the Laketown.

A comfortable and well-run hotel with good service and a pleasant lake view. The Japanese-style breakfast was very good, though not outstanding. The hotel is beautiful, so welcoming and with a calm ambience. The staff are exemplary, doing all they can to make your stay perfect. We ate at the Grill buffet bar and all food was well displayed and delicious.
