Beautiful lobby with breath taking views of Lake Ashi, with modern amenities and plenty of Japanese touche. Free shuttle bus to Odarwa station and the fact Hakone ropeway and Pirate ship is only 5mins walk away. There’s coffee in the lobby and ice tea to settle in when you arrive. The onsen is great for those who dare to bath naked or you can opt for private onsen for a fee. Live the fact they had 2 electric massage chairs just outside the baths to wind down. Also you can book for massage at their onsite facility. Breakfast and dinner buffet was great - the only down side was it was repeated so could get a little boring if you stayed more than 2 nights. Overall, highly recommend this place. Came with my two kids who were under 10.

My sister and I stayed at the Hakone Lake Ashi Hanaori hotel yesterday, and it was absolutely amazing! We were celebrating my sister's birthday, and I honestly couldn't have picked a better place. We were so happy with our stay from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They made us feel special right away. The hotel itself is beautiful, with stunning views of Lake Ashi. It's the perfect spot to relax and unwind. One of the highlights of our trip was the private open-air bath. It was so relaxing, and we had a great time soaking in the peaceful atmosphere. The temperature was perfect—not too hot—so we could really take our time and enjoy it. It was exactly what we needed to feel refreshed. Overall, everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. We had such a wonderful and memorable time. We'll definitely be back!

This hotel was amazing. From the moment we walked on the premises we were greeted by friendly staff who helped us with our luggage and made our check-in very easy. The lobby is nice but the view of lake Ashi was breathtaking. The onsen was something special. It has multiple baths and an open air setting that will be hard to top. The dinner and breakfast buffet meals were amazing and dinner included Japanese whiskey. If you’re looking for something to balance out the crowded busy city life of Japan, this hotel will give you a retreat you’ll never forget.

Very very disappointed with this hotel. You book on Expedia and they up charge you at the hotel. They use the fact that they don’t speak English to cover up their mistakes. It was a bad experience checking in and checking out which ruined the fact that the hotel is in a nice location itself. Poor customer service and not helpful. Would not reccomend. There are many other better hotels in the area you can stay at. The service if horrible if you are a foreigner. They have a lot of locals that stay here.

ゆっくりしたくて、ずっと気になっていたこちらを予約させて頂きました。 想像以上に素敵な滞在になりました。お食事も混みすぎず、品数も十分だと思います。ドリンクもアルコールまで飲み放題は嬉しいです。朝もセカセカせずに頂きました。 お風呂と今回はマッサージも利用しましたが、スタッフさんがとても丁寧でした。 お部屋もキレイで眺めも良く、ゆっくり寛げました。 浴衣が選べる他にも作務衣も準備されていたのが良かったなぁと思います。 夜に浴衣のまま寝るとはだけるので。。 どのスタッフさんもにこやかでした。 また行きたいお宿になりました。

It was surprising to live in this hotel.Food was really good. Dinner and breakfast are buffet and international food available all time. Staff speaks English, they are young and more experienced on their job. The hotel is closer to lake and Ropeway, only 2mins walking to station from Hotel shortcut pathway. The hotel has got million dollar views in the front entry and lake view rooms. I had really good two night staying with my partner. I definitely will be back with my friends.
