Bristol 1509 is EXACTLY as described. The condo was clean, comfortable and has great view of the Gulf.

We were disappointed. 1) We were not informed there was outside building maintenance going on. 2) The sliding doors to the balcony were blocked due to the work. Workers were supposed to remove the blocks at 5:00 pm. I finally managed to removed the blocks at 5:30 pm.3) The A/C did not work. Temp in the condo was 77 when we arrived. Turned the thermostat to 72. Then to 70. Then to 69. It never got below 76 the entire time. 4) No TV remote in the living room. And the manual buttons on the back of TV did not work. Someone went to Walmart and got a new remote and brought it to us late afternoon. I had to program the remote.

A/C would not get down below 77. The last night when we got back from dinner it was 80 in the unit. Could not use the balcony due to construction. No disclaimer for this unit that it was not available. Beach Club website states that "some" units may not have access to the balcony but nothing from VRBO noting that before we committed to renting the unit. Could have rented in a different building. No remote for the main TV in the living room was ever found.

Over all we had a great stay. However, the bathroom shower and tubs had mold and hair in the drain. I had to purchase cleaner and clean them upon arrival, which was 10:30 in the evening. The host gave a later checkout which was really no help to us. we had a 12 hour drive and wanted to get on the road early. other than the bathroom issues, the condo was lovely and we enjoyed our time. We stay at Beach Club a few times a year and love the place.

We absolutely loved the condo! It was beautifully decorated with all the comforts of home, and we were impressed with the cleanliness of the unit. The master bath was WOW! Sitting on the spacious balcony watching the dolphins was awesome.

Perfect Getaway

Bristol 1509 was a perfect, easy get-away spot on a beautiful Gulf weekend when you just want to be on/near the beach. The condo is exactly as portrayed, the checkin was easy and communication was thorough. Condo is spotless - kudos to the housekeeping team.

Perfect Beach Club condo!

We love the Beach Club and have been coming for 20 years! This condo has been remodeled and is extremely clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is well equipped. We enjoyed some beautiful sunsets from the balcony. Highly recommend!

Great trip! Loved the condo, it had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable and adequate seating in living room/kitchen area. The loungers on the balcony were also great to have! Would rent this unit again!

Best condo we've had in our years visiting Beach Club

Excellent experience from start to finish! This was probably the nicest and best appointed condo we have stayed in, over the 15 years we've been visiting gulf shores. The decor and furniture was new and beautiful, beds very comfy and had all the pots, pans, dishes and utensils you could ask for. The walk in shower in the master was huge and so nice to have! Everything was in working order in both the unit and at the Beach Club resort, with the exception of the hideout restaurant being closed due to staffing. Bring essentials such as hand soap, toilet paper and paper towels. They provide some starters but you'll likely need more for a week stay. The information on the condo mentioned beach chairs could not be reserved, but this is somewhat inaccurate. Our first day, I didn't hurry down to get a chair because we could see several unoccupied from our balcony. However, once we loaded up and headed down we were informed all chairs had been reserved for that day and the next. Disappointing, but not a terribly big deal as we just made it a pool day and went to town the next day, while making sure we reserved chairs for the rest of our stay ahead of time. Overall, a tremendous experience renting this unit and will 100% return ASAP!
