Rooms clean. Excellent location. Only thing is this place was very hard to find initially. The entrance is at the back of the building. Didn’t help the expedia location is wrong. The reception is on the 7th floor.

Hard to find reception on 7th floor without signag

The room was great. The only thing that wasn’t good was the smell of cigarette smoke in the middle of the night. Not sure where it came from but noticeable and he air conditioner didn’t work well in the unit we were in. Otherwise, super convenient location and comfortable enough stay.

Great location served by 2 metro stops - Tianhe Sports Centre & Shipaiqiao. Walking distance to Tianhe and other malls nearby . Gangding , the electronics supermart is 01 metro stop away. Food choices is great nearby. Room is clean and air cond OK.

Location is good with 2 metro stations. Food is plentiful within walking distance. Tianhe is only 1 station away. Room is spacious and clean. It will be great if tea is provided. Shower temperature / pressure is inconsistency

Good location

Located just beside Taikoo mall in Tianhe. Lot of amenities, food located around. You can either take a train or airport bus that stop at fortune centre and walk down the main road to reach Timmy. The room was value for money but the wifi signal is kinda unstable at times. But I guess that is the same everywhere for China from my travels in different cities in China.

Overall, the stay was good. However, the building consists of offices and tenants, so the security wise is not tight as anyone can access to the hotel rooms.

We booked Superior twin room for five nights with complete payment in advance but when we checked in, we were given standard room saying that superior room is not available and it will be given on the next day. Next day also we were not given the booked room and were left with no other choice but to stay in standard room. Third day morning we checked out of the hotel as it was our worst experience ever. This hotel is a bunch of cheaters.
