Not Recommend.

Compare to YiHe Hotel next block, this is a lousy hotel with similar rate. Old, smelly carpet, service bad, lots of local Chinese tour living in this hotel, noisy.

Stay was horrible, nobody knows English. You ask for something at reception some stupid girls there always laughing.if you have any problems in the room you cannot make room service understand your concern. Horrible stay experience, will never recommend anyone to stay here.

it's really horrible experience

the room is dirty and smelly. it has a strong smell of cigarette in non smoking room. the toilet is unreasonably small that you will definitely hit the toilet bowl when you close the door. the shower head does not work. the bed is hard as rock and also has a strong smell of cigarette. I will never stay in this hotel. I don't think it worth a four star ranking, even not worth a two star ranking.

I was given a room on 19th floor, which does not have hot water. Upon asking about it with the unfriendly staff, I was told that I needed to have the water running for over an hour in order for the hot water to pump up to the 19th floor.

Don't expect much if you are foreigner...

Staff don't speak English,,mattress hard rock, linen will not be changed until you are prepared to flight. Breakfast same everyday stale and cold, I would suggest to avoid. Only plus side of this hotel is price and half decent location.

Don't book this MOTEL.

The space of bathroom is too small , the air conditioner didn't work properly. The room is old and not quite clean. Don't know who gave this hotel 4 stars... probably is 3 stars at the best.

The worst 4 star hotel I have ever seen

First of all, the address that is posted on the hotels website is not where it really is, it's actually a mile away... Then, before you check in, make sure that you speak Chinese because no one of the attendants in the front desk seems to speak basic English, the communication is almost Impossible!!!! The mattraces are hard as a rock, it tuke me hours till I was able to take a nap... There is a weird smell in this hotel, it is chasing you for days after it... I can't say anything about the food since I was so discussed by the uncleanliness of the staff that I haven't tried their food! Also, in my room the safe didn't work in the first two days of my stay, I would simply say that this is not a 4 star hotel under any circumstances!!!! There are many more hotels in this area that are ten times better...

The hotel meet the basic necessities and was conveniently situated to shopping complex, metro and other services. The price was affordable and refelct the quality of the hotel. There is room to improve the general standard further such as better option for breakfast as it was predominantly chinese style, and also service in the reception need to be more customer's friendly and process of checking in and out needs to speed up!!!

Chilly in Guangzhou

Overall the hotel was ok but we stayed in January and there was no heat. Granted, it was 40 degrees outside and the trees were green but I expect it to be warmer than 40 degrees INSIDE my hotel room. We used the hair dryer to heat the bathroom before taking a shower. (you got hot water if you ran the shower/sink for about 20-30 minutes.) Breakfast was a normal Asian breakfast; boiled eggs, green vegatables various breads/biscuits, coffee one day, no coffee the next. Hotel did have AC so it could be acceptable during a different time of year but I won't be back.
