Friendly and courteous staff…always willing to help. Special mention to hotel manager Mr. Jan Fung. I stayed at this hotel for 12 days, and will definitely book here when next I’m in Guangzhou. Very close to subway station, and countless eating options. Not only 5 stars, but also 2 thumbs up!!

Value for money

This is a great hotel for a stop over, or low cost accommodation. The rooms are tidy and clean and the toiletries ate good quality. Great value for money if you are just looking for somewhere to rest.

Short Overnight Stay

All the basic amenities are there. The room is clean and right size for a short stay. It’s location at the Guangdong Dong Railway Station is convenient for a short stay before going to the airport for my flight. For the price paid for the room, it’s value for money.

Handy location at thd Guangzhou East Station

The hotel is quite rundown. Yet it is at the railway station and only 30m from the entrance which provides huge convenience especially if you are carrying a lot of luggage.

Moldy room.

Location is good if traveling from Guangzhou East Railway Sta. Most of the agents do not speak much English., but if you have an issue they will call to find one who does. The hotel room smelled of mold, which could be seen growing under the wallpaper. Also, I had a no smoking room, yet there was an ashtray, and a sign that said: "Do not smoke in bed."

It was a pleasant stay next to Guangzhou E railway station There was plenty of shops below the hotel and many restaurants. An ideal hotel if you are going to Shenzhen and HK. There is no drop off point for this hotel, but you can always ask for directions into the complex.

Saving Grace by the change of room

We were initially given a room right at the end. It was dark and look miserable, and WIFI too weak to connect. Worst of all, we found a cockroach crawling around. We called the reception and he was very friendly and changed our room immediately. This time, the room was near the lift in the front, and brighter with good WIFI connection. Overall, we are happy with the change. However someone will have to suffer a bad room. Something could be done to improve the not-so-good rooms. Otherwise, location is excellent. Very convenient from the airport, shopping and food.
