Room was ok. A/C took me a few minutes to figure out and it blasted directly onto the bed so you freeze. Turn it off and you cook. Room has a kitchenette but no dishes, cutlery, pots, etc. Building is dated. However, on the positive side, the location is good. Meal options are close by. Subway is right outside. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Overall it’s not a ok place to stay.

The room was exactly as advertised in the photos. This was my second stay here at Royal Star, and it's a really good deal. For transport, I only called Didi, but I did see a subway station nearby that was literally just across the street which is convenient. Location is just around five minute drive to Tianhe and around 10 minutes to Pazhou to Canton Fair.

The staff and people around are some of the most polite and helpful people I have ever seen. I live in Asia. I have traveled all over the world, Europe, the Americas, and Africa, but staff and people are so ready to help with anything - they go way out of their way to help. I have never experienced something like that.

the staff were sweet and helpful and i dont speak chinese. it made me feel at home where i can be safe. i lost my key card and they replaced it without any hassle or fee. the cleaning lady was the sweetest ensuring i had new water every day. its very close to the convention centre and the value is amazing. i hope i can come back again to royal star apartments. 🍀🙏🍀

Me quedé 4 días en estos apartamentos y de entrada creo tienen buena relación precio-valor. Están amoblados pero en la cocina no hay utensilios ni vajilla, sólo vasos y tazas; la cama y el cuarto son cómodos, pero como pasa en muchas partes de ese país, es difícil comunicarte en inglés.
