The room is very nice and clean. We have a balcony room look into the pier. We loved. Reception staff speak english an very nice and a lot of courtesy. A lot of thanks to a young lady , her name is Ellie in reception helped me to book a car to go to Shenzhen because we have a lot of luggages. She telephoned to make sure luggages fit in th car.
