The room was modern, spacious and spotless. Free airport shuttle is a plus and convenient. The price is very reasonable considering the room type and condition, free breakfast, free laundry, and free airport shuttle. Breakfast is delicious with a variety of hot items and Chinese dishes. The staff are very helpful and courteous. They helped me order the food delivered to my room. I don’t know how to use the Chinese app for food delivery. The staff happily helped me. I want to specifically thank the lady owner. My husband was sick with a cold. He wanted to eat steam fish with porridge. She helped me order the fish over the phone and picked it up for me as well. I can’t speak Chinese so that was a big help. She even asked the hotel cook to bring a pot of porridge and a dish of green vegetables delivered to our room without any charges for the food. That was very considerate of her. I sincerely appreciate her kindness . I will give a ten stars review if I could. I have never experienced such a kind treatment as a customer. Truly outstanding!

First of all when we entered the room, we found that the windows were left open which led to mosquitoes all over the room. The room was very dirty with a strong smell of cigarettes. When we brought it to their attention, we were told that all the rooms were smoking rooms ( which is not specified on Expedia). The Wi-Fi is extremely slow. The AC is so outdated. There is no fridge nor microwave available. So disappointed that we had to find an alternative hotel cleaner than this place right away. Especially if you are traveling with Kids, this place is not the place to stay.

The price is excellent. You get a lot more than your money’s worth. The staff is very good. The free shuttle to the airport and back is a big help and convenient. Be aware that there is no elevator but for able bodied, it should not be a problem. They will help in carrying the luggage.

A thick layer of dust covered every surface of the room, rust on the washroom door handle and to make matters better I saw roaches only as I was leaving the room. Anywhere is better than this really.
