The rooms were kept clean daily and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The area was quite nice and had a lot of conveniences. My only concern is that people were smoking in their rooms and the smoke was coming into my room, which the hotel seems to be okay with.

In my previous stays, there was cheese at breakfast. This time, there was none. The number of guests from Europe is increasing. I recommend this hotel to those visiting the Canton Fair during the same period, and they've already started coming. I recommend adding mozzarella cheese to your breakfast. Parmesan cheese is also a good option.

我7月的時候在酒店的26樓層住了十天時間。而這段時間是廣州最熱的時候。房間外走廊感覺沒有開冷氣，一出房間便感覺很悶熱。而我房間對著的走火通道一直都沒有開燈，但防火門一直都開著，形成一個黑洞，出入時感覺很不舒服和不安全。同是酒店大堂的吊燈在晚上一定的時間便會關閉，令到晚上遲回酒店的客人沒有賓至如歸的感覺。其他酒店各方面我認為都很好。

I was travelling on business and would have appreciated easier availability of coffee in the lobby or somewhere other than starbucks across the road. Coffee in hotel lobby not available prior to 2:30pm except during breakfast.

No toiletries were provided. The washer/fryer was broken. The bath hot and cold water were out of control.

It’s a quiet and safe area. Although the property, the room, and the furniture looks in good condition, some equipment, such as the washer-dryer ( shakes/loud) and walls, door frames, etc are starting to their age.
