Stayed here for 7 days and I will not stay here again.
- On one morning, the alarm bell rang at 5am. Then again at 7am. They were both false alarms, just disturbing our sleep for no reason.
- The housekeeping service is awful. My room wasn't even vacuumed once. On one day, the housekeeper didn't give me any towels. I had to go down to reception to get some, and I was told that they were out of floor towels, so I was just given a normal towel to use on the floor. Also, the shampoo bottle was empty and wasn't topped up once.
I guess that is what you get for a cheaper hotel. Don't stay here if you're gonna stay for more than two nights. Stay at Castlereagh Boutique Hotel, which costs slightly more but at least their housekeeping service is great. And they don't have fire alarms that ring at 5am for no reason.
