It is ideal for families, couples and business trips, as it has capacity for 4 people and Internet Wifi Fiber to 600mb, designed for teleworking. It has two large double bedrooms, both with double bed, the main bedroom also has a ceiling fan. With a full bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen open to the spacious living room, which has a breakfast bar. The living room has a 32" Smart TV, a comfortable sofa, ceiling fan and access to the pleasant terrace where you can have breakfast and relax while contemplating the lateral sea view. In addition, the building in which it is located has a lift for greater comfort.
