Not at all what i was expecting. We usually go on 3star holidays and i dont think i would be able to go 3star again. The family room was more like a villa with our own bathrooms for every bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen and the air con was amazing.

We stayed in a 2 bed villa. Absolutely loved it, everything you could need, Although hotel is big it never seems crowded, sunbed booking brilliant, everything spotlessly clean.

Almost everything was excellent. Small problems at front desk was basically very courteous and tried to be helpful, but when we need guidance for travel - gave instructions that didn't work, and had difficulty helping us when we returned from unsuccessful attempt to take the bus they recommended. Also, at our early morning check-out, the front desk person seemed overwhelmed although eventually he was able to help. The "concierge" person basically shrugged his shoulders when we asked him for help.
