Close to the train station, Basic but clean, looks like it's still under upgrade looking forward to them being finished. Would stay there again.

Looking at the property from the road you would think it's was closed down, Spa bath not working, light above basin not working. Room was generally good and plenty of space, But they need to do some yard work, just whipper snip the weeds and general tidy. The sign out front was all taped over. good location

I can not even really give this place a star! our room was filthy and smelt like diesel. The floors were so grubby and marks and stains everywhere. The aircon covered I’d dust and what looked like mould. The bathroom was grotty with black mould all over the roof and all over the tiles and glass surrounds. There was also weird residue on the soap holder and the mirror was in disrepair. There was dry blood all over the pavement entering reception that travelled and was spread all the way up towards the rooms which I photographed it was that alarming. I was blown away as over the phone the staff seemed great but I must say I was a little alarmed when I received a text saying if you pay cash your room is cheaper as well as arriving to what looked like a derelict building. I left the premises in tears with no where to go with three children to care for as everything in town was totally booked out. It broke my heart to hear my children ask me not to make them stay there so we didn’t and don’t understand who would

From the outside the motel was very run down and the photo of the room were nothing like the room itself. The pillows had bugs, the floors needed vacuuming and cleaning.

Couldn't access the air-conditioner on a very hot day. There were no instructions or remote control in the room to work it out. With the late check-in we couldn't call staff to ask. The bathroom had no soap to wash with. We understood it was Basic accommodation but expected some of these basic supplies to be included for the price. Otherwise communications with staff for checkin was good, responded quickly to a call about accessing room and room was clean.

The rooms were lovely. They've been renovated, the bathroom is particularly nice. It was disappointing then that there was no soap (that I could see). I can do without the shampoo and conditioner, but I do expect some sort of soap or body wash at a motel. There was barely enough handsoap, enough for a couple of handwashes. The grounds are awful. Weeds all along the driveway and out front and a dilapidated sign. It's just as well the rooms were nice, I was expecting the worst.
