A quick walk to the shores of Lake Tahoe and multiple scenic hiking paths. Our upstairs guest suite is the perfect place for couples, friends, or even small families.

We are less than a quarter mile from the Cave Rock boat ramp. Nearby you will also find kayak, canoe, and stand-up paddleboard rentals. Our home comes equipped with beach towels and chairs if you'd like to take a walk or drive to the beach. Only 10 minutes from South Lake Tahoe and 20 minutes from the North shore. Whether you come for the lake in the summer or to hit the slopes in the winter, this centrally-located stay hits all the marks.

Proximity to the lake also means proximity to hwy 50. With easy access to the highway, it's a short drive to many of the attractions around the Lake Tahoe basin (including Heavenly!). Due to this proximity, we have also installed sound machines and black-out curtains for any inconvenience the highway lights and sounds may cause.

The perks of staying with locals! We live in the main home with our pup and would be happy to share any local insights with you during your trip. We'll even let you in on some of our favorite hikes with walking access from our house.
