Harrahs is great. I love the smell of cigarette smoke and air freshener as I walk into the hotel lobby. Nothing better than walking through the hotel casino early in the morning to catch a view of the gamble zombies playing the slots. Their emptiness and blank stares coupled with the bent ember from the cigarette in hand holding a watered down cocktail is priceless. 5 stars

Upgrading to a suite was not worth it. Lights burnt out. Towel warmer didn’t work. Stains on the leather couch. Room is bigger but feels empty and cheap. Coffee maker cord doesn’t reach the plug behind the fridge, has to move out to the bathroom. No outlets near the bed. TV in the bedroom is tiny.
