This is a really nice hotel and casino within walking distance of the whole town. The rooms were very specious with 2 full bathrooms. What I did not like was that I booked and paid for a king room through Expedia but when I arrived, the room was not available. In fact, I was told the hotel was sold out. After a while, the rep at the front desk was able to find me a room with two Queen beds. It was really spacious, but I don’t know how that’s possible to pay for a room that is not available.

Hotel and casino are old and in desperate need of updating. Thermostat did not work properly and we were cold all night. Floor in entry way and bathroom was extremely cold. Bathroom needed deep cleaning as the corners were dirty. Casino is very big and disorganized. It advertised a sports book on their website, but only had sports betting kiosks. Had to go to another casino to find a real sports book. We checked out a day early and will not consider staying there in the future,

The staff was very nice. I got charged more than I thought I would be, at time of checkout I didn’t go to the desk so I think that was my mistake to see a more itemized receipt. But I did love the fact that there were 2 bathrooms in the rooms, they do need updating but it was a nice stay overall.

The $25 per day parking fee was an unpleasant surprise. So for our 1 night stay we had to pay $50 plus a resort fee. In my opinion that should be clearly stated when making a reservation.

They charge a resort fee for amenities like the pool and spa....The swimming pool area is destroyed, pool rim that display depth are super dirty lack of cleaning, plaster missing iside the pool, spa is closed due to maintenance it looks abandoned, womens shower valve not operational only cold water available, pool deck super dirty ( indoor pool )....No water available as courtesy part of amenities next to coffe machine, Coffe machine was discharging black stuff....Female front desk attendant had an attitude while I was checking out just because I was asking questions about leaving the parking.She made me feel stupid . Bad experience... First time at a caesars property and probably las time.I should not have been charged a resort fee.
