Rooms were spacious and clean but the over all condition and cleanliness was disgusting! Trash in the bins on our level that has been there 3 days - outside sitting areas disgusting and again rubbish and smoke butts been there at least 3 days and not cleaned.

Property was rundown looked very old. Staring from parking garage to inside the hotel the property was very dirty and Smokey. Now they have started charging parking of $20 but there was improvement in the cleaning the parking garage or inside. I wouldn’t recommend this property at all.

Off the bed they were doing major construction on the street so it was very hard to maneuver to get any place it literally took 2 hours to get back to the room.. we tried to go swimming and it took an hour to get into the pool because they said there was no lifeguard on duty because the lifeguard was stuck in traffic then when she came we swam for 45 minutes and they said the pool closes for our break and we had to leave.. we asked for a bellhop it took him 30 minutes to come up here and the time he came up there and we started taking our own luggage down and told him no thank you.. I got a non-smoking room but it smelled like smok in the room.. we went to their restaurant on site it took them 45 minutes to bring our food people that sat down after us got their food before we did.. the overall of this place was very disappointed I don't think I'll be back :(

I like everything except the fact that we were given a small 2 pillow for each bed. They also have a sign that you need to pay to ask for more pillows or towels so we didn’t bother asking for more pillow or towels.
