Booked because of location and pool. Pool had restricted hours of use-4-8pm only, but then when we came back to use it it was not available as they had children’s classes there-no notice of this or apology even when complaining to customer services.
Reception desk on arrival couldn’t have been more helpful young lady, on last day a miserable make called Scott was very grumpy that I asked for a receipt, he said I should get it from Expedia, i explained I had paid in full on arrival to reception which he again disputed until finally he said I was right but still would give me it until I actually checked out. Customer service eventually offered £30 voucher to be spent in another of their hotels- I declined as that was an insult -they would make more money out of our nightly rate than that by far. Never again and wouldn’t recommend which is a shame for the lady that helped us so kindly on arrival
