Firstly I sent Hilton a message via Expedia App for no feather pillow and they gave me 4 x of them 😡 I was given a room right at the end of the corridor, it didn’t matter to the receptionist that I was disabled and had 2 x large bags to drag along the long carpeted corridor - can someone from Hilton try to drag a 25kg bag along that carpet all the way to the end. The positives was the bed (but I had no pillow) and the breakfast was impressive.

Hotel is insanely busy , clearly can tell it’s the only hotel connected to the airport. Restaurant was jammed packed , with not other options available nearby. There is also no store / market for drinks / snacks, a couple vending machines with limited options is all

Restaurant staff was really nice and accommodating. The place is a great location for folks with early morning flights. Getting into the airport from the city in the morning can be expensive and time consuming. Hilton has the terminal connectivity right from the entrance which was great help.

Nice for the last leg of a trip.

We have stayed at this hotel many times. It's updated and very accommodating. Food choices are good and reasonable. If you have a rental car you can't ask for a better location to return your car and walk back to the hotel.

The Hilton Rome Airport Hotel is conveniently connected to the terminal, though it’s still a fairly long walk past parking garages and car rentals. That said, it’s easier than dealing with a shuttle. Rooms are clean but very basic and a bit sterile. You’re really paying for the location.
