Welcome to this beautiful two-bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom private home right in the heart of Fort Lauderdale! Private backyard included! Water views right in front of the home! Nearby all restaurants, shops and the beach!

The first bedroom has a king bed, a dresser, smart TV, nightstands, a walk-in closet, and those beautiful water views. Then there’s the second bedroom with a queen bed, nightstands, a closet, and a desk for working, which is super handy.

Both bathrooms are updated, with one having a walk-in shower and the other one also featuring a walk-in shower. I love that half bathroom with just a sink and toilet for convenience!

The living room is open and spacious, with an L-shaped sofa, coffee table, end tables, sitting chairs, a smart TV, and those gorgeous direct water views right from the front. The kitchen is a chef's dream, with all stainless steel appliances, basic cooking utensils, and a bar island with stools. Plus, there’s a wine cooler/mini fridge and even a smart TV in the kitchen area!

Includes a private laundry room with a washer and dryer, which is super convenient and included in your stay. And the backyard? Wow, it’s a tropical paradise! It’s large, fully fenced for privacy, with a patio deck, dining table and chairs, lounge chairs, and even a basketball hoop for some fun. The gas barbecue with propane is a nice touch for families to grill on!

The house was just as advertised. It was immaculate when we arrived and had everything we needed for the time we were there. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for accomodations in Fort Lauderdale.
