Our stay was absolutley amazing. The hotel was wonderful, the service from everyone was top tier, even the people mopping the floor from rain drops had a smile and nice greeting -every single time. It made our stay incredibly enjoyable. The pools were phenomenal, which was a big reason I booked. There is an adults only pool with thick chair cushions, a large family pool and a very large hot tub by the adult pool. The addentants set up your chair every day - drinks and food served daily. Every day a sample of one of the drinks was delivered to everyone at adult pool (non-alcoholic). I highly recommend the frozen coffee, it was like a mud slide. My only downside was the a/c in the rooms didn't quite get cold enough for me, still felt quite a bit of humidity. The lobby area was not like the rooms, it was cool and comfortable. I am typically hot though, my mom loved it, she kept her room on the hot side for me. She wore a sweater in the lobby area. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back. We found out a day or so in that there is a shuttle that will take you to the beach and up to Las Olas Blvd - that was super convenient and the shuttle is beautiful - a Mercedes van with seats for about a dozen or so.

Restaurant Reservations

Everything was great when we arrived. We booked a table for dinner at one of the water front restaurants for our family and our guests, when we arrived the woman at the front desk had a real bad attitude and couldn’t even find our reservation even though I showed her my text confirmation. She was being real short with us and had a bad behavior acting distraught with us and our guests and then she just took off and left. I asked for the manager of the restaurant and she immediately took on the defensive telling us that we made her CRY! Where I said was “Reservation for 8 pm- my name is xxxxxx”. I brought this to the front desk attention and I expected a call from management which I never received.

This property is stunning. From the moment you walk in it is absolutely breathtaking. We had a beautiful time and will certainly return. Stefanie at the pool is amazing and she deserves a medal and a raise for how hard she works!

I can honestly say that this was the best experience that I've had anywhere in the world. We are beyond pleased with the hospitality here. The staff is amazing. I truly appreciate the staff for caring deeply. This hotel exceeded my expectations. I can’t wait to come back. I loved it here.
