I did my reservation days prior to my trip, I choose a sweet for my stay. When I got there no sweet was available, I got a room with 2 beds. I didn't care about the 2 beds, I was expecting to get the room that I picked. I did not get anything back.

My only criticism would be the parking availability; it was extremely limited for the amount of guests staying in both buildings. Outside of that, both my husband and I were extremely satisfied with our accommodations.

Customer service staff was nice snd polite. Most friendly. Our stay was for 10 nights. Our room was only attended to twice that we ran out of shower gel and toilet paper. Light at the entrance of the room was not working and flickered off and on. The ac cooling rattled and was loud that you itnwould wake you when i came on throughout the night. They advertised breakfast but what was offered everyday was the exact 6 options that it was prefered to eat elsewhere.
