Light didn’t work and the shower would drain. Stay at a lot of IHG hotels for work and this was wasn’t the best and the rate was outrageous

The hotel is OK, it's marked down due to the corporate function. I checked out on Saturday, today is Thursday, and still have not received my deposit back. Whenever I travel to America it is always a chase and emails to get back the money as a customer, I'm entitled to. They are always vague, with nominal charges appearing for items. It feels like they're using it for additional revenue, rather than a security deposit for damage. American hotels and vehicle hire seem to have real issues with this.
