The property is nice but hallways and rooms could use updating. The Parking is a disaster and is really the only reason I would not stay there again. The Sheraton is located in a shopping/dining district and the garage for the entire area is shared. There is no other option for parking There are parking spots reserved for the Sheraton guests but the problem is that the garage is down the road from the hotel. The location of the garage makes it difficult for transporting luggage...and I can't imagine if it's raining. There is a small, half circle drop off area but when we arrived, it was full and we had no choice but to go to the garage to park.

The bed was very uncomfortable, couch old, uncomfortable and the bathroom and sink areas has a few stains. Considering how expensive this hotel is, it was a little disappointing.
