The bed was not comfortable. The shower rods, shower body and other fixtures was broken. Had to get maintenance to fixed them while we were in the room. This should have been done before we got there. The maintenance guy was very good.

The hotel has been renovated so it's nice. The area it is in seems a little sketchy. It wasn't an issue for my self and my husband because we both hail from major cities. Some of the guests looked a bit sketchy as well. It is walkable which is nice.

The room we had was looked renovated, but as soon as we opened the door to the bathroom a small cockroach was on the floor. We only saw the one but that was enough for us to never choose this hotel again. Unfortunate, because the staff were nice at check-in. You can tell they are trying to renovate one room at a time, but the hallways need to be renovated asap.

One of the female staff members was very rude, even though she was not the one checking me in. This was disappointing, as I normally have positive experiences at the hotels I stay at. Additionally, no luggage trolley was available, so we had to drag our luggage across the carpet, which was difficult and inconvenient. Because of this experience, I would not return to this hotel.

Shower leak water that we need to use 2 towels to block water. We didnt use the top shower because of that. Floor even if cleaned have black dirt that stick on white socks. I appreciate the dinning room where we can meet all our group together and enjoy our meals. The pool and spa make the kids very happy. Service at desk are very nice. We booked 1 night before our cruise and 2 nights after. Thanks

Clean and spacious room, friendly and helpful staff fresh breakfast Only issue was the shower no place to put your soap besides the floor and is a curb less shower so water goes everywhere all over the bathroom floor

Room was not up to standards. The lobby was beautiful setting the standards for the hotel. It was a huge disappointment when we saw our room. We were expecting something much better. The showerhead and faucet were not attached to the wall. The outlets in the bathroom needs to be replaced. The enamel of the bathtub was very dinged up.
