If you are cruising or have a layover then the hotel is ok.. they have a free airport shuttle and they also have shuttle service to the ports for a fee. The rooms are outdated and very close to the highway so it’s a little noisy.

This place is for you if you speak anything but English, love hearing a speedway all night, enjoy trying to sleep in a sauna and laying on a slab of concrete. The breakfast was your typical "hotel breakfast". I was surprised they jad an updated coffee machine that jas many cofe options. All in all...HORRIBLE OPTION!!

Front desk doesn’t answer the phone in a timely manner. The CEO or General Manager or pay a mystery shopper to do it. should try calling after 6 PM. Waited forever at the airport. You would be better off taking an Uber or Lyft. Other than that, the room is fine even though the safe was locked. Breakfast is basic but okay if you’re okay with the SAD diet.the location was great.

No early check in available but they store luggage while you go around. Room size decent but washroom is dirty looking. Shower door doesn’t close, toilet was clogged and no one to fix. Was told to use the public one or can change rooms. But the change room option was held until maintenance got to work before giving. Apparently other rooms has same problem. Probably won’t be staying at this location again.

Property is very close to a busy freeway, we heard traffic all night long. The facilities were run down, the soap dispenser in the shower pulled right off the wall. Hotel staff were nice enough, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Room was spacious and updated. The fact you could sign up for the cruise port shuttle for $15 helped alot. Breakfast was good. Not a lot of items but enough to fill you up.

we needed to request a refund One of our employees took a video of the several bugs crawling on the counter tops and walls of the room. I was maybe ants and another bug that I'm not sure off however the facility was full so couldn't ask for another room to see if that would have made a difference. The good news about this is the hotel did give a refund so hopefully that all reflects how it should we had to book another reservation somewhere else. We appreciate how the hotel handed the rectified the situation but was not pleased with the room due to several bugs on the table top the walls and close to the bed.
