Waited over an hour for the shuttle from airport. We finally had to call the driver. Per instructions from hotel because he would not answer their call. Check in guy was very nice. Our key didn’t work after 3 attempts. He finally came up to help us. No hot water in hotel!! No Kleenex!! Will meet with manager to see what they will do

The rooms were old and dingy. Furniture had rips,stains and holes in them. In general, very poor condition. Tv remote did not work. Have stayed at many Best Western properties and the company itself should be of higher standards for this particular place.

Very disappointing. The pool is not existent, in fact it is condemned as an unsafe structure. The rooms are in very poor shape, rusty dirty light fixtures and paint peeling. The rooms were musty at best and very humid even for Florida. Check in took an excessively long time. The only redeeming factor was the breakfast being descent. Would not recommend staying here

Communication sucks, I called before booking this hotel to verify we can get a room upon arival, I was told early check in is $35, I was fine with it. I booked a room and get a taxi to hotel. When we get there I was told to wait ( I don't know what we were waiting for), finally hour and a half later I asked a personal when we can get a room and I was told early check in is $35 ( I already knew that) and it's start at 11am. I called at 9am and verify that we can get a room right away! So we got a room at 1120. At 4pm working crew open our room with their key, see us inside, apologies and closes a door back. Property is very clean, they have good breakfast options including fresh waffles, and this property absolutely not worth a $200 rate per night.

Their airport shuttle service was awesome. They picked us up in like 5 min. They dont like to check in early unless you pay a fee. I was disappointed with the cleaniness of the room. There were ants on the headboard and tiny spiders on the table where the coffee stuff was at. Also i didnt notice until the next morning the stains on the inside comforter between the sheets that was right on top. The sheets also had small stains. When i walked in there was some wall debris from the sheetrock repair maintence probably did but they cleaned it quickly when i advised the cleaning staff. Staff were very nice and helpful. The buffet was ok the only thing i would say the eggs were watery and suasage needs to be cooked more. I normally look for a clean place and great hot breakfast and this place disappointed and i am not a picky person but this place had too many issues. I only stayed for 1 night. Sad to say i will not stay again.

There was no hot water for our entire two nights here, the problem was the entire hotel. Called early first morning and were not advised it was the whole hotel, said they would be at our room in ten minutes, at which time no one called or ever showed up. Hotel room was not overly clean and appeared needing an update.
