Room was very Clean and updated bathroom. There were no microwave and refrigerator in the room which were delivered within minutes after requesting. Breakfast was good but not the best. There was only one waffle maker for the entire hotel's guests. The staff was friendly and we had good time. I would definitely recommend it.

First of all, the check-in process took an unreasonably long time. The room we were given was extremely outdated, poorly lit, and frankly disgusting. When we checked the bed, the sheets were visibly stained and the comforter had a hole in it. Either the bedding was knowingly left in that condition or it was never changed from the previous guests. When I went to the front desk to request housekeeping to change the bedding, I was told housekeeping was “behind” and that they would simply give me clean sheets so I could change the bed myself. Completely unacceptable. There are virtually no accessible outlets in the room to charge phones or other devices. The walls and windows are paper-thin, so you hear absolutely everything from neighboring rooms and outside. To make matters worse, there were bugs in our room, the final straw in an already awful experience. You could not pay me to stay at this hotel again. The so-called “free airport shuttle” is also a complete joke. It never showed up. When we asked the front desk about it, we were repeatedly assured it was on the way, without anyone bothering to actually check. If you need to get to the airport, do yourself a favor and order an Uber instead of wasting your time here. Additionally, the pool is closed, something that is not disclosed until after you’ve booked a non-refundable stay. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had, and I will never stay at another Best Western property again.

We called for the airport shuttle and waited an hour. Called again and then someone finally arrived. The room upkeep and cleanliness was really poor.... Rust, looked dirty, the shower was gross.

Room was very noisy from the traffic outside..windows need to be changed that was the reason of noise. It was though windows were open.. lots of condensation from aircondition my clothes that were on the chair were all wet..armchair in the room was so dirty .. don’t know why they kept it there just get rid of it.. customer service did not explain that there was a hold of $50.. credit charged more and they couldn’t explain it till the next day when I checked out.. too expensive not worth the stay.. I requested for the manager I am waiting for a call..

multiple issues. when we checked in, the front desk gave us a room key for a room that was "ready." when we went to the room, the key worked, opened the door, into someone who was still IN the room mid clothes change.
