Perfect if you don’t turn on the exhaust fan

Communication was great! The room was very clean and organized. There were a few aesthetic issues like patches on the walls that needed sanded a repainted but those don’t affect the stay. The only real problem I had was the horrible noise the fan makes in the bathroom when you turn on the exhaust fan. Again everything was great!

Unexpectedly nice

This is an apartment and not a hotel. A little different experience, but much nicer than a hotel room. The room looked recently renovated. Nice kitchen, great bedroom - very comfortable pillows, and the living room - I could live there. I would definitely stay there again.

The apartment is exactly as pictured, it is in a perfect location and was very easy to access. The host was very quick to respond. Fantastic stay and would always stay again. Two big bedrooms and the balcony is bigger than pictured. Ideal!

This is an older 3 story apartment building that has been fully renovated. Our apartment was very clean and well appointed. Unlike a VRBO, while there is a fairly well equipped kitchen, there was no 'extras' apart from salt and pepper (ie, cooking oil, spices, etc). RocketStay's check-in process seems to be excessive in requiring a picture of photo ID a selfie. However in hindsight, it demonstrated their diligence to security and provides and added level of assurance of the security of the clientele. Also, their communications was excellent. We had a problem with their registration process and their call center was extremely professional and efficient at rectifying it. Location is good, there's a WholeFoods a few blocks away and a Winn Dixey a block a way. The beach is a significant hike and a vehicle is advisable. Free parking is a definite bonus. Super impressed all round and plan to stay again next time we're in Ft Lauderdale.

It was a wonderful experience. The suites are spacious and clean, along with a full kitchen with utensils. The WiFi works great and the furniture is comfortable. Besides the room itself, the customer service was also great, and we were quickly helped whenever we needed.

Fantastic spot in Ft Lauderdale

Really great spot! Comfy, clean, excellent communication, all the comforts of home. Loved staying here. Walking distance to grocery stores, short drive to everything local. Also a few blocks from plenty to eat. Great view of the river. Nice quiet spot right in the middle of all the hustle and bustle. I highly recommend staying here!

Me and my family of four had a great stay and time here. Apartment was cozy and clean. We liked that it was close to many stores and food options. Not a long drive to the beaches, I’d say 7-15 minutes depending on traffic. Everything else you’d need in the area is walking distance. Pool available at property and communication from host was very fast and attentive for our questions and needs.

Check in was easy and we didnt even need a car to enjoy the area. Traffic was a bit busy so we enjoyed not having to deal with that. Lots of places to go and see but the place was so comfortable, staying in and enjoying a quiet night was effortless. Will absolutly recommend and come back for a stay again!

This property is a great location and was so convenient to the beach and to the Aquatic center. We had a small issue at the property that I won’t even mention specifically because as soon as I let them know they reached out immediately and made sure everything was ok! I really appreciated the quick response and concern and I felt well taken care of. I would definitely stay again
