This hotel does not have a front office so you basically text people or if lucky find someone on the phone who give you the right code. I saw a few guests who have not received the code or got the wrong codes… so make sure your phone is charged enough! Also they should do more cleaning or at least bring some towels if you need, but they won’t do that. So bring extra towels and blankets. And the staff are very strict about the check outs, you probably won’t get any extra minute. No matter when did you arrive. But other than that, it’s quiet and nice.. especially those little patio and plants. The pool is small but quiet. The cleaning ladies are nice and helpful.

The rooms all need a deep clean. Sheets were clean and kitchen was spotless but the walls need a wash, corners behind things need a good clean and windows were so dirty. Was a comfortable stay for our group do 3 nights before our cruise. We were out most of the day so wasn’t in the room much except to sleep. Close to shopping and restaurants which is handy. I would suggest that when the company sen you your room number and checkin code that they send you the code for the front gate. We and a few other people were trying to figure how to get in the property and had to call. They told me it was listed on the hotel portal site. Finally figured you have to hold your phone lakdscape if your not on a laptop or tablet. So that was annoying.

Room was good condition, just really small and wasn’t as “big” as the pictures made it seem. Room service didn’t check in everyday. We used the same towels all 4 days we were there nobody is like really ever on site neither to ask for more towels. You need to inform people of the front door code. We only got provided our room number code not the front door code.

In our room, the flooring was in terrible condition and there was Alot of maintenance that needed to be done, like moldy smell and rotten wood around bathroom door.. The walls had marks on them, needing paint

Not clean, rather gross, previous guests snot & hairs all over shower in frist room, moved to a otjer room, precious guests hairs all over that shower, so much black mold in first shower, also apperarwd in 2nd room, uncomfortable bed, terrible bedding, stains of heavens knows what on pillow, chances are someone had previously smoked in room, overwhelming mold odor, furniture was gross, would notsit on couch
