This property was in a good location where we had easy access to the subway into NYC. The beds need to be flipped as the mattress was obviously lopsided. There was no water pressure in the shower but we were on the 19th floor. I would stay here again. No laundry facilities though. .

Well for starters, it said online that the pool and restaurant was available. But come to find out the "pool" was being operated by a third party and the restaurant was closed. Over all what was advertised isn't what we got. And some of the staff are misleading.
