Booked an upgraded double room, got a very small room as they got our booking mixed up with someone else, who them got our room, when we went to leave they said our car was ready for pick up, had to wait another 20-30 mins for them to keep telling us the bus boy was here for payment, never saw him, just paid at the desk (which we weren't told was something we could do) and just left

The staff was beyond helpful with helping us carry the strollers for both our babies up and down the staircases every time we entered the hotel despite the lobby being on a separate floor from the entrance. Our room had a classic feel but was well maintained and the bathrooms were recently renovated.

Location near the Duomo and the piazza. The only frustrating thing about the room is you have to use the room key for power, meaning you cannot charge anything (like a phone or computer) unless you’re in the room. Breakfast fare was a nice variety and the gal running the breakfast room was delightful!
