Elisabetta was an excellent host The check in process was seamless and all the tip, recommendations and advise Elisabetta gave was very helpful. The apartment was well equipped, very clean and in a brilliant location. We had a wonderful 7 night stay. Would highly recommended this property.

We stayed for 5 nights and greatly enjoyed our time due to the prime location. Elisabetta is a very hospitable and helpful host, providing many local recommendations and the necessities needed for a comfortable stay. Location is amazing, walkable distance to many sights and many food options nearby. Things to keep in mind (but not negatives about our stay): 25 min walk from train station which is more difficult with luggage; suite is on the top floor of 3-storey building without an elevator; street can get noisy quite late into the night. Overall this was a fantastic stay and we would stay again! Highly recommend.

Fabulous loft in a great location. Very clean and has everything you need for a self contained stay. The host Elisabetta was very welcoming and provided lots of great information about the area. Elisabetta was also very accommodating when our train was 5 hours behind schedule. There are a few stairs to climb but don’t let that put you off. You only have to bring your luggage up once! A very worthwhile property to stay at.

Lovely stay and perfect location

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Elisabetta’s Vrbo. She greeted us when we checked in and even spent time explaining the major sites to see in Florence. The location was perfect with bus stops, great restaurants, and attractions all close by. The only difficulty was the 3 floor walk up location of the apartment, but by the third day, it got a lot easier. Also - be ware of mosquitoes. They kept popping up inside the apartment some how, but the apartment had a bug zapper that we made good use of.

Awesome location!

We stayed 4 days and the location was within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. There were also good restaurants nearby. Elisabetta gave us good recommendations for things to see and where to eat. The only things that were not a positive was the 3 flights of stairs we had to climb every time we came back. Not sure if the stairs.were mentioned in the description or not. We would have liked to have had a safe in the room. Would stay here again…

Bright & clean, lovely stay

Wonderful Stay

We were so happy with our vacation rental . It was so clean and spacious. There were many restaurants, shops close by . Most places were just a 5 to 15 minute walk. Betty was so sweet, very helpful and personable. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Personal Touch

Our host met us at the entrance and took us through everything at the property which was helpful. Note - it is at the top floor, so lots of stairs, but being at the top makes it light and bright in the day. The beds were really comfortable. We had a queen? And a pullout double couch and was perfect for 2 adults in a family. It was pretty big - much nicer than a hotel room. We were able to make some pasta and everything we needed was there. Shower and bathroom was good! Location was excellent - close enough to things that we could stop in for bathroom if needed. Host had a helpful book of things to do and see and restaurant business cards/ WiFi helped us so we could book tickets. It was cold when we were there but heat and blankets were adequate. Loved this place!

Perfect location near riverfront

The apartment was right near the Arno, near Piazza Signoria, near Piazza Santa Croce, near Mercato Sant’Ambrogio. Around the corner is Conad supermarket and Gelateria Neri. Spotlessly clean, with a fully equipped kitchen. Even some olive oil and balsamic vinegar and spices. The only drawback at my age was the three long flights of stairs to the third floor with no elevator. However, the exercise kept me from gaining too much weight while helping me lose an inch or two! Lovely people, lovely surroundings.
