Great Apartment! Great Experience!

What a great stay! This apartment is located steps away from Duomo and is in the heart of the city. Yes, the reviews are right, it’s loud, but any short amount of research of this area would eliminate the surprise. If you are looking for uninterrupted sleep, look elsewhere. If you are however looking for a true experience in the heart of Florence, this apartment is perfect. The apartment is walking distance to everything including main tourist attractions, restaurants, and bars and the train station. The apartment itself was lovely. When we checked in we noticed that our bed was broken. I emailed the property and it was fixed immediately. Since this is not a hotel I was a bit concerned about contact with the property if something came up, however my worries were instantly relieved upon booking. My questions were answered in a timely manner and communication with the property owners was clear, consistent, and courteous. I can’t say enough good things about this apartment or Keys of Italy. We will definitely be back!!

This apartment is amazing!!!!, but it was very difficult to find the office where to pick up the keys from. It seemed that no one had ever heard of the street (via del Trebbio).

Absolutely fantastic location, right in the middle of city center. Short walk to everything you want to see, great restaurants and the train station.Office staff was great, even helped us arrange for a taxi on departure date. Clean, comfortable and very safe. Quite a bit of street noise, but expected that based on the location. Lots of activity, shopping, museums, the cathedral, right outside the door. Would recommend to anyone.

慣れるまで鍵が開けるのに時間かかった。。 鍵がひとつなので、別行動ができななった。 部屋のシャワーヘッドが壊れていた。 お湯？ガス？が時々止まるのでリセットしないといけない。 電気コンロがうまく作動しなかった。 メールでのやり取りは返信が早くて良かった。
