Absolutely a stunning Hotel, beds were so cozy and comfortable, pillows and sheets smelted so clean and fresh, easy to find , close to all kinds of restaurants and shopping and best thing EVERYONE was so pleasant who worked there. I’ll be staying again for sure !! Love it

First off they Refused to let me have my two ESA registered certified cats with me while I stayed there. Breakfast was horrible and it took them a week to finally clean the cobwebs of the light by my door in the hallway. But the elements restaurant had amazing food, definitely worth a try. 😁overall our hotel stay was just ok. We enjoyed the pool most of all and so did our extended family! But at the end of the day I most certainly Wasn't worth the money we paid to stay there.

Sadly when we went to our room the bathroom was missing it's toilet seat and there urine in the toilet. They did get us a new room but the experience was not great.

The only good thing I can say about this hotel is that my room was clean. Other than that there was nothing good about it. The breakfast was awful. Cold eggs, rubbery sausage, one or two pieces of bread in the display case. No fruit, no pastries, one morning there wasn't any coffee. There was a $25 charge for using the pool. Nearly every day my key card would not work. There were two men just sitting in the lobby all day, every day, I found that creepy. No housekeeping unless you requested it. All in all I would not recommend this hotel.

We got there and were told that my spouse who is going through cancer treatments and was exhausted couldnt stay as we didnt realize there was a deposit of 250.00. It was after midnight and we coulsbt get another room and she could care less. No compassion
