The room was pretty small but at least it was newly remodeled. What really irked me was that I was charged $150 extra on my card for "amenities/incidentals". What amenities? There were NO snacks, bottled water, soda or any other beverages. I realize a lot of hotels charge for this, but at least there are things in the room to charge for, and typically the charge is much less. The fee is of course refunded after several days but still it's annoying when you realize there are NO amenities. Also, no continental breakfast was a disappointment. Other competitors we've stayed at in the area offer a continental breakfast and have similar or better rooms for around the same price. I don't think I would stay here again.

We came from a long drive to visit. Got her an hour early asked for early check in and the girl asked the front desk simply said no!! Didn’t ask for my name, didn’t say let me check not even a simple hello. We came back after the hour and same person took my ID set it on the counter and then disappeared to the back. Nothing was said and didn’t see her for a long time. A different lady took our information and checked us in. We booked 2 rooms. When we finally get to our rooms one of the rooms keys didn’t work aI we had to get back in line to activate our cards. One of the other employees said I’m not in the clock so I can’t help. Definitely this place needs better customer service. Other than that the hotel was pretty clean and comfortable
