Very pleasant at front desk but was told about renovation- the hallways were filthy- carpet looked liked it had never been cleaned with paint and paint chips all over it- the door to our room was very hard to open and close- the lighting in the bathroom was awful- we had no place to hang our clothes- the pillows were flat and very uncomfortable- the room itself was very unappealing

Staff were very nice. The room was ok. I understand that they are mid-renovations, but we shouldn't have been on the same floor the contractors were working on. The updated room was nice, although the bathroom is tight on space. It will be nice when construction is complete.

Dirty. They’re remodeling floor 3. Near our room; 302, there was crews all over the hallway, garbage and paint chips. Our windows were covered in white dust as well.

We rented a king jacuzzi suite for 2 nights. The tub was disgusting. I could take my thumbnail and scrape stuff off the bottom. We spoke with front desk and was informed they are aware and previously taking them out! Also the pillows are like air and the beds are hard as a rock. We ended up leaving at 2 am second night

We had issues all weekend with the door to our room. Everytime we tried to use the key it would not work and had to have it rekeyed. It was a pain.

Clean but dated.

This hotel is quite dated (bathroom door was painted purple). It needs updating, as well as many areas that needs to be fixed. (Paneling on the walls coming off) It did appear that work was being done as it looked like new windows had been added in the pool area, and a few painted areas looked like they were in the middle of being refreshed. The bathroom was very small! The handle on our toilet liked to stick, causing the toilet to run. The toilet seat was oval, but the toilet itself was round. The first morning breakfast included biscuits and gravy. When we arrived the gravy was mostly gone so we asked about more. It took at least 20 minutes to get more. The women stated, "I'm getting it warm as fast as I can." The question we asked ourselves was, "Her job is to keep it refilled. If she knows it takes so long, why isn't she keeping a better eye on it?" The second morning it was a different woman and she kept the hot items full. The variety overall for breakfast was very minimal. The staff that we interacted with at the front counter (2 young ladies) weren't rude, but it seemed that we were an inconvenience. When we arrived, they were away from the desk and we could hear them talking. It took them 5 minutes to come out and greet us. One of them helped us, while the other one just leaned on the counter and played on her phone (which she was doing every time we saw her). Overall, the hotel was clean, it just left a lot to be desired.

called front desk ahead of time and asked for first floor adjoining rooms. this person was less than helpful. when we arrived we were placed on the third floor with non adjoining rooms. asked for extra pillows, none were provided. the breakfast area was very clean, food was fine, and the staff person was very nice!

Room had a disgusting smell, lipstick on the sheets, room not vacuumed. Went back to Service desk, clerk was rather dismissive stated they would spray the room, fully booked so couldn't provide another room. We elected not to stay. It cost us an additional $125 for another hotel due to last minute booking. Country Inn did refund the money. I would highly suggest to avoid.

This hotel, especially in my room, had a terrible smell. It made me nauseated. When checking my sheets, they all looked clean until I lifted the top sheet and the "comforter" was full of disgusting liquid marks I don’t even know what! Spill marks, blood stains, and the worst part some brown smelly stuff who knows what it was. (💩) I could not sleep all night, it didn’t seem like there was any staff to help. Very disappointing as it was the most uncomfortable night ever in a hotel. So gross.

The breakfast was probably the only good thing about this place. Our room door had to be pulled/ pushed hard to open and close the door. The door lock latch was broken. Also there was a severly stained ottoman in our room. The wall panelling was falling off in the stair well. The pool was cooler but the hot tub was not hot at all and a gentlemen was scarcastic that it was indeed hot.

DIRTY

DIRTY!! There were dead bugs at head of bed. Plus it was filthy dirty on the carpet at head of bed on floor. I asked about bed bugs and they told ME to bring out bugs to check for bed bugs! Whole place was dirty, not maintained! It smelled bad! Smelled like mold! My son’s room toliet was clogged. They handed be a dirty plunger across front desk instead of taking it up. They actually asked me to bring plunger back! I didn’t. I’m not one to write bad reviews but I can’t image that others haven’t complained!! I didn’t expect this from the Radisson Brand.
