Our room was very sticky, i went and bought clorox wipes the cupboards counter and stove top were just ick. Like someone pours syrup all over it. Our stove kept turning on and off so i called front desk. The Gm on duty was very nice and showed concern. She offered to move us rooms but i had just unpacked and it was 10pm

Room great for staying local attending Strand Theatre. Our room was missing soap at bathroom sink…receptionist gave us some. Found out in the morning we were also missing a coffee pot, but chose to just head out…informed desk when checking out.

The hotel smells clean when you enter, however once you move past the front desk to the elevator area the clean smells disappears. The hotel room itself was clean and very spacious. There is only one elevator, and it did not appear very clean.
