Nice stay. Bad card hold request.

Nice breakfast bar. Bed and pillows were very comfy. However, the $50 hold on my card for incidentals (what would they be?) was annoying as it took several days to return to my bank. Next time i wont pay it even if you say i cant stay because of it.

Water pressure in the bathroom was very low. Sink had a flow restrictor that only let out a few weak streams of water. Shower head also was very weak. Hand towels were thin and worn. Breakfast ran out of hot food and it took about 20 minutes to be replenished.

Couldn't use the pool or the first night I was there because they were painting and renovating the pool area. It looks amazing and well lit now! The staff is always welcoming and if there are any issues they go above and beyond to resolve them. The breakfast is very good. It is scrambled egg omelets or sausage gravy and biscuits. If I'm staying 2 days I grab leftovers and combine them. This is my go-to hotel when I have to stay in the area.

I’m not sure why we got a handicap room, but not the issue. The bathroom was not thoroughly clean. Bar of soap left in corner, shower area not in best shape. Shower soap container was empty. I’ve stayed here many times and never have I seen a bathroom in this condition. Hopefully just an overlook on cleaning staff.

The hotel really needs to be updated. Patches on walls, worn chairs, lights being held in with brackets and just general upkeep. We were there four nights and housekeeping services never came by our room. We had to go to the front desk to get additional towels. Average hotel. Great location, close to Brighton and many restaurants, stores and highway.
