Room 13 facing an alleyway. We had to have the lights on as it was so dark which meant we had to close the curtains also as anyone passing could see in. The shower made a horrendous noise being turned on. I booked in November so didn’t expect to get arguably the worst room in the place. They couldn’t swap rooms as the place was fully booked. I will not recommend this “black hole of Calcutta” to anyone. De Luxe this was NOT!

The place was nice apart from the pines and black clump of hair we found in the shower, and terrible parking we didn’t get parking at our door so we had to park on the street for$190 a night expect more safer parking options little disappointed

Room is clean, bed are OK but too soft for me. Drapes are not blocking the lights and sound proofing is not great. I woke up at first light every day.

The Comfort Inn is fabulous in every way except units are so tight together. When you sit on your very small, allocated area outside your door, the next door neighbour is right there! There is also not a patio table and chairs for each unit.
