We had an excellent stay at the Bunbury Hotel. The service was exceptional. Our room was always beautiful cleaned each day and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our car was safely parked in a safe area and accessible at all times. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return with our family in the near future.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Room had an unpleasant smell.. everything smelled like old frying fat including bedding and towels. I had fruit flies all over the room. Room had small windows and it was super loud. Had a room at ground floor by entrance. Left after 3 hours and went somewhere else.. they also could have not cared less when I checked out. Absolute worst hotel I ever stayed. More like a motel than a 4 star hotel apparently. The hallway to the room had a whole fly invasion and my room was wide open when I arrived with cleaning cloths left in it.

Liked everything except the restaurant and dining facilities. All very quiet and quite expensive. Not welcoming or warm. Didn’t eat any food from the hotel as there were fantastic alternatives very close by. The hotel and views are unparalleled in the area - just amazing. Pool area also lovely but pool towels are drab and very thin.
