It is very noisy in the hotel in the evening as it is open and any noises outside the room are heard in all the rooms.

The property is in a good location however showing its age. It’s in serious need of a renovation. Very dated and noisy. Price paid doesn’t reflect quality. Facilities need updating. Rooms are ok but missing features noted on website. Carpets and furniture need updating. Popular weekend for sporting even but pricing for what the room offered was not warranted.

Hotel is close walking distance to the Bunbury CBD shops and restaurants. I purchased a city view room at extra expense to the standard room but was disappointed by the view from the room into the rooftops of adjoining buildings not much of a view at all so don't upgrade your room selection. When I raised the matter with the staff they seamed disinterested and simply said they would pass my comments on.

The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. The entire hotel is outdated and decorated with odd decorative pieces everywhere. We had a very loud windy whistling noise, our remote to the tv didn't work nor did the internet to work the netflix. I had black marks on my bath towel. The food and restaurant area is nice. The staff were amazing, just really outdated.

Reception very helpfull and arranged an early check-in. Room was recently renovated, comfortable and clean. Great for one night or more, right in the middle of town.

Good location, clean and tidy but you couldn't control the air conditioning and even though is was supposed to be on heat the room was cold. Also charging $7.00 for a small tin of Pringles chips is a rip off.

Many Legitimate safety issues in the room, open access to pipework from rooms bathroom, damaged toilet seat, broken air con cover revealing high voltage equipment. Lift was broken and stair case door was left open for general public to access from outside Hotel. Ordered room service which they forgot to deliver. No TV channels working

There was no milk for a cup of coffee or tea. You had to order it. Getting worse not better. I’ll try somewhere new next trip and break a >15 year relationship; that started well.
