The woman at front counter was lovely, very friendly and helpful. the rooms are old - 1980s vintage, spacious and have everything you need- microwave, kettle, fridge, hair dryer but not flash. No dining onsite but great cafes a 5 minute walk away on Victoria st.

Room was clean, staff amazing although we did unfortunately have a very loud group in the room next door that we hoped would be quiet by midnight at least but they did not. Otherwise it was a great place and good value for money.
