Set just above Orfila Winery and the Vineyard Golf Course, the views are unmatched. The walkout ground level features a fitness center, sports viewing lounge and bar, along with a separate apartment and entrance. Outside is a large pool deck with covered patio and built in BBQ area.
The second level showcases a large entertaining kitchen with top of the line Viking appliances as well as a mini bar and wine fridge. The bedrooms are spacious with each having its own bathroom. The walk out deck and fire pit provide amazing sunset views and relaxation. Enjoy a nice walk along the golf course or vineyard, or enjoy every comfort this home has to offer.
