The maid came into the room when we had requested no cleaning, just to make the beds with the same sheets and blankets, not take out the trash, not change the towels, and not clean anything else at all. The top blanket had been on the ground with the dirt from our shoes, and you could see the dirt that got all over the pillows and other sheets underneath. The staff at this hotel are completely uncaring and made excuses for the behavior as if "she was cleaning" by not actually cleaning when we had specifically waited all day until after 3 to leave to be gone for 30 minutes and have these people go through our things. Don't waste your time or money.
